I didn’t start this work because I was searching for identity. I’ve always lived through aesthetics. Not in a decorative sense, but as structure - through rhythm, tone, contrast, stillness, and observation. Beauty was never a surface to me. It was a system.
I’m a licensed esthetician with twenty years of experience working across beauty, wellness, art, and energetic discipline. I trained at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, studied Ayurvedic theory and bodywork, and spent years immersed in traditional breath-based yogic practices rooted in nervous system control, internal rhythm, and sensory withdrawal. These disciplines weren’t trends. They were how I built my personal framework for living - quietly, intentionally, and with refinement.
I’ve seen the cycles of the industry. I’ve watched beauty become branding. I’ve watched healing become performance. I’ve watched women flatten themselves into personas to be seen. I’ve also worked with women who don’t want to perform. Women who are intelligent, clear, beautiful, and sovereign but have no field to practice that reality in.
The Radiance Method and The Aesthetic Temple were not created to be consumed. They were built from lived structure and refined through personal rhythm. They are the result of years spent observing patterns on the skin, in the home, in the body, in the aesthetic field—and designing a system that holds what’s already present, rather than forcing something new.
I’m not offering content or identity. I’m offering a method of containment for women who are ready to take responsibility for the rhythm they live by.
If you’ve been waiting for something quieter, more exact, and aligned with how you already think this is where it begins.
I look forward to working with you.
Shēna,
